I was hired by Waner to complete my college credit 6-month internship. This was my first experience with General Contracting construction work and during my time I gained an education I never would’ve received in a classroom. The hands-on experience alongside the generous and insightful mentoring from my superintendents expanded my knowledge of the construction process.
Upon graduation, I received an offer from Waner Construction to start my career. The decision to accept the position in my mind was a “no-brainer.” After a few months of working as an Office Engineer I can confidently say I made the right decision. When a community is strong and built around trust, like Waner, the work environment becomes a safe space to continue to learn and progress in the construction industry.
