Waner Construction is pleased to offer each of its full-time employees and their families a low deductible competitive health insurance plan at no cost to the employee.

DENTAL & VISION

DENTAL & VISION INSURANCE

Dental and vision insurance is available for a minimal cost to all full-time employees and their families.

401(K) PLAN

401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN

Following three months of employment all full-time employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(K). Employee's with one or more years of service are also eligible to receive annual contributions to their 401(K) through the Waner Construction profit sharing program. A Roth 401(K) plan is also available.

Waner Construction offers a very competitive vacation time package for its salaried employees that increases with each individual employee's tenure at Waner.

Waner Construction provides life insurance at no cost to all of its full-time employees. Short and long-term disability insurance is also available for each employee at a minimal premium cost.

Employees have the option to elect Voluntary Major Medical (GAP) Coverage.

SUPPLEMENTAL ACCIDENTAL

SUPPLEMENTAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE

At no cost to the employee, Waner Construction provides all of its employees with supplemental accident insurance.
