Waner Construction is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Superintendent.

construction experience including retail, office, warehouse, medical, restaurants, storage facilities and
site development. Contract structure includes design build, cost plus fee, guaranteed maximum price
and stipulated sum formats.

Projects from tenant finish to new construction range in value from $50,000 to $20,000,000.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

  • Schedule and coordinate daily onsite construction activities

  • Maintain labor controls and coordination of field forces

  • Project site layout and verification

  • Field purchasing and verification of all material deliveries to the project

  • Quality control and review of the construction of the project

  • Verify that all work is performed in accordance with all local and federal codes and ordinances and the construction documents

  • Attend project meetings with Owner, Architect, Management Team and Subcontractors

  • Perform weekly project safety inspections and meetings

  • Assist Management Team, Owner and Architect with project closeout process

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

  • Surveying experience preferred
