Office Engineers
A Office Engineer in the construction industry is a highly skilled and technical job overseeing various aspects of complex construction projects. At Waner, Office Engineers report directly to the Project Manager and have a wide range of responsibilities; most notably project coordination, submittals and documentation.
At Waner Construction, the achievements of the organization are the results of the combined effort of each individual. Through the years our management and leadership posts have been filled from within the company. We believe the greatest opportunity for growth starts by providing opportunities to employees; allowing them to cultivate their career and shape our culture. Becoming an Office Engineer is the first step on that path.

Being in construction industry for over a decade, I can confidently say that Waner does it right. Even as a recent hire I can tell that Waner treats it employees, clients and subcontractors with respect and I intend to be part of this team for a long time to come.

Working for Waner Construction as an office engineer for the last couple years has been a great experience. I work with very knowledgeable peers who love to share their knowledge which makes it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. I’ve learned so much about commercial construction with no field experience due to high involvement and participation in projects as an office engineer. All in all, Waner Construction has given me the confidence and desire to continue my career path in construction.
