20 Acre site anchored by King Soopers with retail shops on each side and one freestanding retail building. Site work included overlot grading, utility work, roadwork and landscaping. Building work consisted of core and shell construction of four buildings including foundation work, structural steel, masonry, roofing, storefront, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
