The Corner Retail Building is the final show piece in the Highlands Ranch Town Center located at the corner of Highlands Ranch Parkway and Lucent Blvd. The structure is a one story, 10,515 SF steel frame building with brick and metal siding finishes. The design and location of the building provided some unusually logistical problems. The building backs up to Highlands Ranch Parkway and Lucent Blvd with a steep drop off to both streets. The access to the backs of the building was limited and required great attention to the sequence of construction. The building is now home to Corner Bakery, Indulge Wine Bar, Noodles and Bernie's Hot Dogs making this building completely restaurant usage.
