Cornerstar Junior Anchor one and three are two of several other junior anchors throughout the Cornerstar retail shopping center. These two buildings total approximately 50,000 square feet and are specifically designed for Cornerstar Wine and Liquor and Sunflower Farmers Market. Custom lighting was utilized to highlight the unique architecture of these two adjacent buildings. Tilt-up concrete exterior walls with a form liner was used to create interesting architecture while at the same time keeping economics of a retail project in mind. Extensive coordination between the tenants and the building owner resulted in two custom designed buildings that met the tenant's needs while at the same time allowing the project to open as scheduled.
