Cornerstar High Visibility Retail is the focal point into Colorado's newest retail destination. This project includes 8 separate retail buildings as well as 10 acres of associated site work. The buildings are designed on either side of the main street style entrance. Unique architecture defines the high quality of this shopping center as highlighted by the custom lighting throughout the site and buildings. Once fully leased out the buildings will house more than 25 retail tenants ranging from full service restaurants, hair salons, dental, and fast casual eateries.
