The Crown office building is a two-story office building located in South Park (Littleton). The project consisted of site development, core & shell, and tenant finish.The two tenants, one on the first floor & one on the second were involved with the design of their respective spaces.

One of the unique elements of the project were the scissor trusses, which created a vaulted ceiling to add a home-style look. Another was the walk-out deck, which provides a beautiful view of the front range.
