Waner Construction built the office / warehouse, which included a higher end tenant finish. The 8,000 square foot tenant finish consisted of bull nose drywall throughout the offices, twelve-foot ceilings, extensive millwork, stained vinyl wall coverings and large amounts of tile work including marble restroom floors and wainscot.
