Arvada Ridge is a retail shopping center covering approximately 50 acres with a Super Target as the anchor store. Waner Construction installed the infrastructure for the center as well as a regional storm water detention pond with a mile of 8 foot by 12 foot concrete box storm culvert down 50th Street across Kipling Street and through a neighborhood park to a holding lake. Waner Construction also improved the public streets on three sides including the complete construction of 50th Street from Kipling Street to Miller Street. There are four retail core & shell buildings totaling 44,051 SF. We constructed many of the vanilla tenant spaces as well as the complete build out of Payless Shoes, EZ Nails and Qdoba.
