1540 square foot fast food kitchen with 3,900 square feet of covered drive-in parking stalls and a covered patio. This project was built in the upscale Flatirons Mall development. Building construction consists of wood framing with EIFS and simulated stone veneer. 25,400 square feet of site work includes lime stabilization and reconditioning of existing soils.
