McCabe's Bistro is located within Southlands, Colorado's largest outdoor shopping destination. The bistro is adjacent to a large plaza area and a movie theatre. The 14,000 square foot restaurant and tavern includes two bar areas, billiards, darts, an elevator, and three separate outdoor patios. Waner Construction worked with the owner to coordinate the imported bars and Irish artists who painted murals on nearly every wall of the restaurant. Highlights of the project include a grand stair case that encapsulates a single round booth referred to as "the pulpit" providing a view of both the upstairs and main level. The second floor west facing outdoor patio provides for breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountain Front Range.
