The Leetsdale Commons is a mini-storage warehouse facility located at 6150 East Leetsdale in Denver. There is a main structure comprised of three stories above grade with a basement level and two single story exterior storage buildings. The main building is constructed of all structural steel frame with concrete floor over metal deck. The majority of the exterior of the building is face brick with a small amount of stucco. The single story buildings utilize masonry and metal building components. Most of the storage units in the multi-story facility are interior access with an elevator core. There is over 100,000 square foot of buildings housing over four hundred storage units. The total cost for this project was $5,450,000.00. The Leetsdale Commons is widely recognized as one of the most architecturally impressive mini-storage warehouse facilities in the State.
