This 18,000 square foot, two-story office/retail building is located in historic downtown Golden set against the scenic backdrop the of the Colorado foothills. The building utilizes a structural steel frame with brick veneer and Renaissance stone. The building design was excellent. Design incorporated new construction with a contemporary feel, which resulted in a timeless building that blends seamlessly into the historic downtown skyline. Site work for this project included masonry planters and an inlayed brick sidewalk. Construction began in spring of 2006 and the tenants opened for business on Labor Day 2006.
