This stunning 36,000 square foot mixed use office/warehouse is located in the scenic high plains of Highlands Ranch Colorado. The building utilizes tilt up concrete construction with inlayed Scotts Brick System. Along with the inlay brick there are several different planes of cast in reveals to provide incredible architectural site lines. The project sits on approximately an acre and a half, and is beautifully landscaped with sod, trees, shrubs, and native grasses. One particular note about this project is that it was constructed almost completely thru the winter. Construction started in October and project was completed in early March of the following year.
