Highlands Ranch Medical Building is a three level building housing 4 medical tenants. This ground up building totals 20,000 SF. The top floor provides expansive views of the mountains for the lobby area of the family practice tenant. The main level is home to both an allergy office and foot and ankle clinic. Quest laboratories and records storage are in the lower level. The architecture for this project is designed to complement the sister building at the other end of the parking lot.
