The centerpiece of the Solterra community consists of a visually stunning infinity pool surrounded by a luxurious exercise and club house building. Superior stonework has been utilized throughout the buildings as well as around the site to add a decidedly European flavor to the project. Beautifully crafted wood construction can also be seen around the project such as the unique handcrafted timber trusses that were utilized inside the retreat buildings. Details such as these helped the Retreat to garner a great deal of attention during the 2008 parade of homes. Besides the Retreat the Solterra project also consists of creatively designed monument buildings and a large amount of sitework that combined with the Retreat, have bestowed a unique Tuscan feeling to the Solterra community.
