This 5,000 square foot ground-up branch bank is one of over 25 built by Waner Construction. The design build process allows for a consistent look from site-to-site. Although TCF is a nationwide bank, the Colorado branches are specifically designed for Colorado, using heavy timber framing, stonework and glulam trusses.
